Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Corrality account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, including for accounts created with Facebook, Google, or Amazon login.

How to request deletion

• By email — write to privacy@corrality.comfrom the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”.
• In the app — from your account settings, choose to delete your account (where available).

If you signed up with Facebook, you can also remove Corrality from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, and then send us a deletion request using the email above to remove the data stored in Corrality.

What we delete

We delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with your account — your profile, login identifiers, and the records tied to you — except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations (for example, transaction records). Data you shared into a barn or club may persist in their records where required for their operations, subject to their own obligations.

Timeframe

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
