Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Corrality (“Corrality”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Corrality LLC, provides a platform for the equestrian community — horse records and health, barns, clubs, service providers, payments, and shows. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@corrality.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, Meta (Facebook), or Amazon, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.
- Horse and care data you enter — horse identity, health records (e.g., Coggins, vaccinations, CVI), care schedules, ride logs, and related documents/photos you upload.
- Relationships & roles — your roles (owner, barn staff, club admin, provider, etc.) and the barns, clubs, and providers you are connected to, which determine what you can access.
- Payments — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we keep records of transactions, invoices, and subscriptions.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics on our marketing site (Google Analytics) and standard server logs. Analytics are not loaded inside the authenticated application.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the platform and your account.
- To enforce relationship- and role-based access to sensitive records (e.g., health data is shared only with people authorized for that horse).
- To process payments, dues, and subscriptions.
- To send transactional email (verification, password reset, notifications) and respond to you.
- To secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- Per your relationships — with the barns, clubs, and providers you are connected to, scoped to what each needs.
- With service providers that run the platform — Microsoft Azure (hosting, database), Stripe (payments), Azure Communication Services (email), Google Analytics (marketing-site analytics), and the social login providers you choose to use.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
AI Vet
The AI Vet feature provides general triage and second-opinion information only — it is not a veterinary diagnosis and not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Conversations may be processed to generate responses; always confirm with a vet and seek emergency care when warranted.
Cookies & analytics
Our marketing site uses Google Analytics (cookies) to understand traffic. The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect functionality.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, managed-identity database access (no shared secrets), and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights & choices
You can access and update your information in the app, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data (see Data deletion). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Children
Corrality is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
