Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Corrality, operated by Corrality LLC (“Corrality”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the service, break the law, or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t access data you aren’t authorized to (e.g., another owner’s horse records).
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you add (horse records, documents, photos, logs). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and the people you’ve authorized.

AI Vet — important

The AI Vet provides triage and second-opinion information only. It is not a veterinary diagnosis, not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian, and may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm with a qualified vet, and seek emergency veterinary care when a situation may be urgent. You are solely responsible for decisions about your animals’ care.

Health passport

The health passport is a convenience credential derived from the records in your account. It does not guarantee an animal’s health or eligibility, and admission or gate decisions remain with the relevant venue, club, or authority.

Payments, dues & fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. Bank (ACH) payments are fee-free to the payer; card payments may add a processing surcharge shown before you pay, and Corrality charges a flat platform fee per transaction. Recurring dues and subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes and any refunds are handled per the applicable club/provider and our posted policies.

Third-party services

The service integrates third parties (e.g., Stripe, Microsoft Azure, Google, Meta, Amazon). Your use of those may be subject to their terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corrality LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from animal care decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
